Returns

We offer a 15-day return policy for orders that were fulfilled incorrectly or were damaged during shipping, allowing you to request a return within 15 days of receiving your item. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we may resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@shopmyfavoritebarber.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the transaction.

We understand mistakes happen! If you ordered the wrong item, you can return it for an exchange or store credit within 15 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • How to Initiate: Please email us at admin@shopnyfavoritebarber.com with your order number.
  • Shipping Costs: For customer-initiated errors (like wrong size/color), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refund/Exchange: Once received, we'll process a refund (minus original shipping, if applicable).
  • Exclusions: Custom-made items, personalized products, or final sale items are not eligible for return.
